Refund & Returns Policy

At Trimova, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  3. We will send you:
    • A prepaid return shipping label
    • Instructions for returning your item
  4. Ship the product within 7 days after receiving the return instructions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day period
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products (if applicable)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tri-mova.com
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost
  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by Trimova

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
